I first want to express my sincere condolences to you and your husband for the loss of your daughter. My heart goes out to you and your family and I pray that you have strength and courage to face each new day.
I had placed an order on July 23 and then I read the news about your daughter on the website a few days later. Due to the circumstances, I fully expected that my order would not ship until the beginning of August. Needless to say I was stunned to get a shipping notice on July 27 and my package was in my mailbox on July 29. To me, that is going above and beyond in customer service. To face a personal tragedy like that and still maintain great customer service speaks volumes.

The prices are fantastic, the shipping is at lightning speed, I ordered Wednesday night and received my order Saturday!! And, the customer service is off the charts! I keep coming back to this site for my crafting supplies. Not only do I trust the site and owner, the shiping is super fast.
