We are a very small business with me doing all the
packing, shipping, ordering, inventory, and
customer service. I work another full time job as well
Kevin does all the website maintenance.
We do not publish a phone number as we do not have the staff to offer phone support. You may easily reach me by email at any time and I will always respond promptly.

We are unable to take call in or emailed orders as our inventory is scanned in and ordered out to keep our website, shopping cart and inventory always correct.
We have to place the order online just as you do :)

Once your order is placed we are unable to add to or change your order.  We do not combine shipping as we ship in the order we receive orders. More info HERE

We accept Paypal and all forms of Credit Cards.
NOTE:  All Credit Cards are charged in full for your entire order
upon placing the order even if your order contains preorders.
This is for your security and safety as we don’t see or store your credit card numbers.  This is to protect you.

Shipping is $8.99 per order

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico you may incur
additional shipping charges on heavy weighted items.

NOTE:  If using Paypal all orders must ship to confirmed paypal address we cannot
change addresses or ship to someone can once you receive the items
Purchase Insurance Protect your investment!!!
Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, misdirected
or damaged items.  When we ship your items and provide you with tracking those items are PERFECT! it's your responsibility to track down a lost or misdirected package....If you purchase insurance and there is a problem I will take care of everything on my end. 

We no longer ship International due to issues of customs, delivery and signatures
PLEASE USE A U.S. PACKAGE FORWARD SERVICE if you wish to order from us.

**NOTE: We do not ship partial orders
PLEASE make sure to place PREORDERS on a separate order
this way it does not hold up your in stock orders from shipping

All In Stock Orders usually ship within 1-5 DAYS
except during sales or busy season it could take up to 14 days

Returns are gladly accepted in original packaging
un opened or un used within 14 days of your order date.
We do not return Super Sale or Clearance items.
Returns are at your shipping expense to us
You will be issued a store gift certificate for the amount you paid less shipping.
We do not refund credit cards or paypal we only give store credits.
Software, Machines, Books, Magazines, Stamps, Markers and DVD’s are not returnable sorry.
We also do not return any item that is on clearance or sold out as these are removed from
our site as soon as they are sold so we are unable to add them back.

NOTE: Once an order is placed and completed by you
we only give store gift certificates.  If you wish
to cancel your order and it has not shipped
you will be issued a store gift certificate that never expires.
We do not do refunds as there are bank fees that are not refundable to us along with time involved restocking and
returning your items into inventory again.
Merchandise must be currently on StampingScrapping to return within 14 days

We will refer you directly to the Manufacturer of the
Product for any Warranty or Defect Issues they will
take care of you.
We will assist you by giving you the Manufacturer
contact information.
We are unable to return or exchange items that are under warranty or have product defects.

We will include a refund check inside your order and a note
telling you what item the refund is for on the check.
This happens when two orders are placed at the same time with a last item we have in stock.  The item goes to the person who completes check out first.

PREORDER are charged in full when ordered.
All PREORDERS are given store credits only if cancelled.
You will receive a store credit for the full amount
if you cancel a Preorder
NOTE: Once a PREORDER is placed we only give store credits.
 If you wish to cancel your PREORDER
you will be issued a store gift certificate that never expires.

 These items are NOT in stock.
By ordering these items, you realize your order will not ship until EVERY item on the order is in stock.
We order the items the moment you special order them
and most will ship within 7-14 days
