Shipping is calculated based on the following:

over $75.00 is FREE*
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier of our choice.
PRIORITY SHIPPING means Priority Handling
not necessarily we will use USPS. It is our choice.
Insurance is recommended!
Machines, 12 x 12 cardstock, magnets etc
do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING sorry.
Once your order has been accepted by the
shipping carrier it is considered
shipped in full.

Unfortunately, without insurance, once your item is
accepted by the shipping carrier,
we can not be responsible for loss damage
or mis directed packages
so make sure to purchase insurance.

There is no tracking or insurance available for Flat Rate Items.
This is for your protection and mine.
There is a $4.00 charge on International Packages included in postage amount as we have to drive every international package to the Post Office. USPS will not pick up International packages at our store.
NOTE: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping costs
depending on the weight of products ordered you
will receive an additional shipping invoice via e mail or paypal.
We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items.
Once it leaves our hands and has been accepted
by USPS that order
is considered shipped in full!
Your order will only be insured IF YOU e mail me and
purchase insurance on the full amount of your order.
Once it leaves my hands and you have tracking it
is considered shipped in full and unless you purchase insurance
there is nothing I can do if your package gets lost or
damaged. There are no refunds or re-shipments of lost, damaged
boxes UNLESS you have purchased insurance separately
by e mailing me to purchase for your package!
(Because of customs forms I have to drive
these to the post office to hand deliver, there
is a 4.00 gas charge included in shipping)
All in stock orders are shipped within 24-72 hours (except pre-orders/backorders)
MOST all orders are shipped the same or next day the order is placed!
During extremely busy times it may be as long as 72 hours rarely
I pride myself on this!
ALL order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of
receiving your order.
Returns
Returns** are gladly accepted in original packaging within 14 days.
Items MUST BE UN OPENED & UN USED
Returns are at your shipping expense to us.
You will be issued a store gift certificate for the amount you paid
less a 20% restocking fee.
We do not refund credit cards or Paypal we
only give store credits on returns.
**SOFTWARE, MACHINES, BOOKS/MAGAZINES, ANY TYPE OF STAMPS, PENS & MARKERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE SORRY!
Returns need to be insured with tracking.
You will be issued a STORE GIFT CERTIFICATE .
Once the order has been completed by you
we only give store gift certificates If you wish to cancel your order and by chance it has not already shipped.
We prepare, pack, and ship
immediatly. We have time involved in packing
unpacking, restocking, ordering and computer time in
returning your order to inventory plus bank
fees that are not refundable to us that is why we
only give store gift certificates.
Store Gift Certificates are IMMEDIATLY processed upon
receiving the product or cancellation of your order.

Product Issues/Defects/Warranties
If you purchase a product from us that has
any issues/defects or is under warranty
We will refer you directly to the
manufacturer who will take care of the problem.
We will be Happy to assist you by giving you
your manufacturer contact information.
We are unable to return or exchange items
that are under warranty or have product defects.
Pre Orders
When New Items are introduced I offer preorders on
these new items. Stock can become a problem and are
often in limited supply. Pre ordering your items guarantees you
get one out of my first shipment & I ship your item(s) to you
the moment the NEW product arrives.
I always keep up with the Newest, Latest, and Greatest.
You will see PREORDER these items in BOLD RED
and then an in stock number. This allows you to preorder
items and the in stock number simply means how
many I will have on Preorder with the Company.
and gives me a way to know how many to order or how many I have sold.

Out of Stock/Sold Out Items
We include a refund check inside the order and a note
telling you which item the refund is for.
NOTE: Occasionally we may only have ONE item left of a clearance
product and two people may have it in their cart at the same time.
The product goes to the person who checks out first.
We will send a refund inside your order explaining which item
the refund is for.
Combining Orders
Sorry....We are unable to combine orders.
We start processing your order immediately
upon you placing your order. We pack
and ship in the order they are received so even though
you may place two orders on the same day or even in the
same hour we have many other orders in between which
makes it impossible for us to combine them.
