Returns are gladly accepted in original packaging within 14 days.
Returns are at your shipping expense to me and you will be
refunded the full purchase price LESS

Pre Orders
When New Items are introduced I offer preorders on
these new items. Stock can become a problem and are
often in limited supply. Pre ordering your items guarantees you
get one out of my first shipment & I ship your item(s) to you
the moment the NEW product arrives.
I always keep up with the Newest, Latest, and Greatest.
You will see PREORDER under the description for
these items in BOLD RED
and then an in stock number. This allows you to preorder
items and the in stock number simply means how
many I have on Preorder with the Company already!
ALL PREORDERS WILL BE CHARGED WHEN ORDERED!
IF you cancel your pre-order prior to delivery you will be issued a store credit. There are NO cash or Paypal refunds for pre-orders.
Out of Stock/Backordered Items
Should you place an order for an item that
is out of stock/backordered, it will ship immediatly upon
me receiving it. If you have multiple items on the same order as
the out of stock/backordered the items in stock
will ship immediatly and
the out ot stock/backordered item(s) will ship when available.
Backorders only occur when I sell an item out in the store
the same day you place an order for that item and my inventory
has not updated for that day. I immediatly reorder and ship
that item within a week!
I reserve the right to ship out of stock/backorders parcel or
usps first class mail
Combining Orders
We are Happy to combine orders placed
on the SAME day as long as your other order
has not shipped. We immediatly start working
on your order when it comes into our store.
We are unable to combine shipping on preordered items, SORRY.
We ship first order in is first order out to make it
fair for everyone.
It requires so much time and paperwork to adjust Quickbooks,
when we are shipping so many order out in a day as well.
We want you to receive your product in the fastest time
possible! Our normal shipping is 24 hours rarely 48 hours!!!
